The White Card Construction Induction Course is your passport to working in the Construction Induction Industry. The face to face course cost is $95 per person.
White Card courses must be delivered face to face from February 1, 2019 meaning online training is no longer allowed.

White Card training delivers the skills and knowledge to work safely and effectively in he Construction Industry. Additionally it helps people identify workplace dangers. The course will take approximately half a day, but may be different from person to person.
There is no need for perfect writing, nor is it a spelling test, however you will need basic English language reading and writing skills. You will need to provide 100 points of identification, similar to opening a bank account.
On conclusion of the course you will hold the unit of competency “CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry” when you will be issued your White Card on the same day.

Face to Face – Students attend classes at scheduled times and are presented with subject material by a Trainer. Practical training is delivered in a simulated work environment.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
LANGUAGE LITERACY AND NUMERACY
Courses are delivered and assessed in English and require you to read comprehensive learner workbooks, complete a range of written assessments, undertake independent research activities and at times engage in online forums and discussions. Furthermore, the delivery mode relies on the extensive use of written communication.

You are responsible for meeting the minimum occupational health and safety requirements in practical classes. Your trainer will discuss these with you as prat of your induction.
If you fail to meet these minimum standards of dress, you will not be permitted entry into practical classes.
